Warranties and Policies
Free Shipping: Australia Customers - If your order is over $60 it is our policy to provide you with free shipping. All Australian orders are shipped via Fastway Courier or Australia Post Express depending on your location. This means that every order comes with a tracking number for your piece of mind and ours! International Customers – If your order is over $150aud than we ship it for free via FedEx, you can track and trace it and know that it will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
Lifetime Warranty: Vurge has a lifetime warranty on all it’s jewellery because we want you to know that our service does not stop once check-out is complete and your order has been received. If your item is damaged during normal wear and tear than please contact us, our modern metals are built to last. Normal wear and tear excludes anything that is not part of day to day wear, for example, dropping an item, losing your item or standing on an item accidentally! We are always here to help, so if your piece is damaged outside your warranty terms, please still contact us. Please note, you can engrave Vurge jewellery but this may cause your warranty to be void, depending on the engraving method you run with and the jewellery you use. Engraving is not covered by your warranty if your piece needs to be replaced.
Fit for Life Policy: We understand that your piece is designed to last a lifetime, but unfortunately as we grow older our fingers may change size. If you find that your ring no longer fits as it should we have you covered. Simply contact us where we will ask you to return your current ring. We will than send you an invoice for $40 and ship you a brand new ring, in the size you request. If we no longer have the ring you want available we will offer you the choice of another ring of equal or lessor value (or feel free to request a quote to upgrade).
Gotta Love It Policy: We don’t want anybody stuck with a piece they don’t love. If you receive your order and it was not what you expected, the wrong size or you simply changed your mind than we have a 60 day full returns/exchange policy (excluding any jewellery that goes through a piercing for health and safety reasons and certain sales items). You can read more about your options here! Just remember, the item has to be brand new, not worn and returned in original condition.
