Exchanges should be free and easy!
Returns/Exchange Policy: We realise that buying off the internet from some online sellers can be a risky business, but not when buying from VurgeJewellery.com. We do our best to ensure that you are taken care of before, during and after the sale. We take great care when inspecting, packing and shipping your items, so it is very unlikely you will ever need to return an item at all, but here are our policies should you ever need to. We have a 60 day exchange/returns policy on our range (excluding any jewellery that goes through a piercing for health and safety reasons and certain sales items)
“What if I buy the wrong sized ring?” – If you receive a VurgeJewellery.com ring, and you find that you have purchased an incorrect size, you may return* it to us within 60 days of the item being shipped and exchange it for another size for free (the first exchange is shipped free, subsequent exchanges for the same item will incur a fee of $10AUD). If we have the correct size, we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive the original ring and you have completed our exchange/returns form. If we don’t have the correct size available in that style, we will work something out to your satisfaction. Please see below for options should the correct size not be available.
Sale items may not include our one free exchange policy. You can still exchange your item for the usual $10 fee which covers the cost of shipping and handling your new item. Returns for change of mind are not available on sale items
“What if I receive the item and have changed my mind about the purchase?” – If you change your mind about the item once received, you may fill out our exchange/returns form and return* it within 60 days of the item being shipped for a refund.
“What if the item is not as described?” – If the item is not as described, you may fill out our online exchange/returns form and return* it to us within 60 days of the item being shipped for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
“What if the item has been damaged in transit?” – All our items come safely packaged this is highly unlikely. If an item is damaged, simply fill out our online exchange/returns form and return* the ring within 60 days of the item being shipped and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you.
“What if I have ordered the wrong sized ring, and the size I need isn’t available?” – If the correct size is not available, we will work with you to find another suitable ring style in the correct size, or alternative piece of jewellery. This service is subject to availability, but we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction! If purchased through the website, the exchange will be free unless a more expensive piece of jewellery has been chosen for the exchange. If a more expensive piece of jewellery has been chosen for the exchange, you will be asked to pay the difference in price (any discounts used at the original purchase will still be in effect when calculating the difference). Should a suitable exchange be agreed upon, you may return* the ring within 60 days of the item being shipped to be exchanged.
“I purchased an item through a store or one of your distributors, can I send it to you for a refund or exchange?” – All of our stores/distributors are independently owned and operated, and as such, we are unable to provide a refund for these items. We can however offer an exchange and would be happy to do so. For a refund, please return to the place of purchase.
“what about sale items?” -
* Please note:- We can only accept returns that are in “original” condition. This is the condition in which you first receive the item, including damaged items. We ask that as soon as you are aware that you will need to return the ring, you place it back into the jewellery bag provided, then contact us. Our returns/exchanges policies are designed to assist genuine concerns in any way we can! Please note also, that for hygienic reasons we are unable to exchange earrings, and items purchased using a coupon from a deals website (such as Grabone.com.au) must be exchanged, as a full refund is not possible.
